Delivery Conditions

  • Once your order has been placed and processed, you’ll receive a confirmation email containing your order number, your shipping address and order summary. Please keep this e-mail for your records – it contains your order number.
  • If any items in your order become out of stock, we will immediately notify you via email and present you with the best available options.
  • The delivery dates may vary due to carrier shipping practices, delivery location, and the items you order.

If you would like to track your order, you will need to contact us via email at support@goldenoakbarrel.com or using the Live Chat on our website, and we’ll give you the tracking number for your order.

Expedited Shipping options are not available for orders to Hawaii, Alaska, US Territories and Military APO/FPO addresses. Please allow additional time for orders shipped to these addresses. These are most often shipped with USPS as the carrier.

    Discounted Shipping Rates

    We don't add additional money to our shipping. What you pay for shipping is the exact rate that we pay to USPS and UPS with our heavily discounted rates. We also never charge a "handling fee" or any other charges.

    Fast Processing

    We ship most orders within 1-2 business days. Engraved barrels may take up to an additional 1 day to process.
